Our mission

Who is behind Move Consulting Group
Move Consulting Group was founded by Marianne Mørk Christensen.
Marianne provides extensive insight and experience from the private sector (B2B), primarily within the IT/Fintech/consulting industry. 19 years of hands-on management at departmental, functional, business unit and executive management level, the majority from key strategic positions in large international organizations and SME´s. In addition, a few years of board work in a SME. Marianne has driven and participated in a large number of digital transformations, change projects and turn-arounds in both large and smaller sizes and worked with many dimensions of digitalization and IT outsourcing (applications, infrastructure, networks with more). Through her many years of work with the development of strategies, businesses and organizations/ people (managers and employees), implementation project manager (formerly IPMA level B certified) as well as use of Best Practices such as ITIL, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe, Change Management, she has made a difference in a number of companies. Through this work created solid financial results, implemented many challenging business and IT programs/projects and achieved very good level of customer and employee satisfaction. Marianne provides capacity herself to consulting assignments within management, strategy, business development and projects plus interim manager assignments (transformation/Change Management/program management).
Marianne also brings with her an extensive network of professional senior freelance consultants and partners – consisting of fiery souls, who, like herself, are passionated about their respective domain areas and making a difference among clients and create business value.
Our logo is illustrated by an encircling and forward going arrow in 3 different sizes of columns – which symbolizes our ability to work at operational, tactical and strategic level and through our work we move projects, organizations and people.
