Processing of personal data
Personal data is information that can be used to identify you – either alone or in combination with other information. For potential customers and business partners, the company name, CVR no. contact’s name, phone number, and email address. For potential consultants for a given customer task, this is the background, including the consultant’s CV. A typical CV will include name, address, phone number, email address, previous employments, hobbies, date of birth and marital status (general personal data). A CV does not contain CPR-nr. CV is stored in our database for 18 months on the consent of the consultant. If consent is revoked, cv is deleted from the database.
Personal data collected from the website is stored only in Move Consulting’s Group’s email system, where it is stored under each email address and can be presented or deleted on request. Consultant CVs are stored in a database under name and can be presented or deleted on request.
