The purpose of the processing of your personal data
Move Consulting Group communicates tasks to the market’s most skilled business/IT consultants and interim managers. It is Move Consulting Group’s insight about each consultant that allows us to achieve the desired match between the customer and you as a consultant. In order for Move Consulting Group to gain the desired insight, we need to process personal data about you.
- What categories of personal data do we process?
When Move Consulting Group selects consultants, the primary source of processing of personal data is the consultant’s own CV. In addition, there is further information in the form of information collected in connection with interviews with the candidate, etc.
Move Consulting Group processes the following types of information about you as part of our selection process:
General personal data
In order to contact you about possible tasks with more, we process various contact and identification information such as name, address, phone number and email address.
As part of our work to select the right consultants, we also process data that includes descriptions of your previous assignments/permanent job positions, your educational background, experiences, competencies, etc. If you have stated this yourself in your CV, we also process information about your civil status, hobbies with more.
To further qualify the information about you, we will hold a start-up interview with you.
Specially regulated personal data
In connection with the selection process, Move Consulting Group will request a criminal record from you if required by the customer. If you have provided us with your CVR-number, Move Consulting Group will also process this.
What kinds of processing do we carry out?
We record all data about you in our consulting database. It is from our consulting database that we continuously retrieve, use, update and delete personal data about our consultants. As part of our ongoing work to find relevant assignments for you, we pass on personal data (your CV) to our customers.
Move Consulting Group uses IT suppliers who, on our instructions, are responsible for part of the processing of your personal data. Move Consulting Group has entered into data processing agreements with these suppliers.
Move Consulting Group collaborates with other consulting companies. In this connection, Move Consulting Group passes on your personal data (typically CVs). However, this pass on will only be made with a clear consent of the consultant.
Withdrawal of consents
Please note that you may revoke your consent at any time by using the contact information set out in paragraph 1.
